| 摘 要： | 目的总结全喉切除根治性颈廓清术在治疗喉癌中的临床效果及术后主要并发症的观察和护理。方法回顾性分析我科2000年1月～2006年1月收治的81例喉癌患者,按UICC喉癌TNM分区1],T1N0M026例,T2N0M025例,T2N1M017例,T3N2M013例,且符合全喉切除加根治性颈廓清术手术适应症。结果本组81例患者术后无1例死亡,均临床治愈出院,随访5年,死亡13例,其中4例因颈部转移拒绝再手术死亡,2例因肺转移死亡,2例因肺部感染死亡,3例死于脑溢血,2例死因不详,3年生存率91%（74/81）,5年生存率84%（68/81）。结论全喉切除颈廓清术是治疗喉癌颈部淋巴结转移的有效方法,正确的护理对疾病的预后、并发症的预防及提高生存率极其重要。
