| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低温等离子射频治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效观察。方法选择154例慢性肥厚性咽炎患者按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组77例,对照组采用微波治疗,观察组采用低温等离子治疗。对两组的临床疗效进行比较。结果观察组：治愈59例,有效13例,无效5例,总有效率为93.5%,复发率10.4%;对照组：治愈59例,有效12例,无效6例,总有效率为92.2%,复发率11.6%。组间疗效比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论低温等离子射频治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎疗效与微波治疗相仿,是一种损伤小,治疗时间短,无出血,患者痛苦小,疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。
