环形电刀治疗重度宫颈糜烂的疗效分析

目的探讨环形电刀切除术（LEEP）治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法 350例重度宫颈糜烂患者,按入院先后顺序被随机分成观察组及对照组,每组175例。观察组给予leep治疗,对照组给予微波治疗。记录并比较两组的术中出血量、手术时间、术后阴道排液、术后出血量及治疗率等临床指标。结果观察组的术中出血量、术后出血量及阴道排液时间少于对照组,而治愈率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论 LEEP术治疗重度宫颈糜烂疗效优于微波治疗,且阴道出血及排液量少,出血及排液时间短,恢复快,复发率低,是一种较理想的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。
