| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中期因子（midkine,MK）蛋白的表达水平与宫颈癌血管生成、增殖活性、侵袭和转移的关系。方法对20例慢性宫颈炎组织、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织（CIN）、20例宫颈癌组织标本进行免疫组化染色,分析MK及血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）的表达与宫颈癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 MK在宫颈炎组织中不表达,在CIN、宫颈癌组织中呈阳性表达,且宫颈癌组织中MK表达水平与患者年龄、淋巴结转移无关,与临床分期、组织学分级、肿瘤直径大小、腺体浸润有关（P〈0.05）。VEGF在宫颈炎、CIN、宫颈癌组织中呈阳性表达,且宫颈癌组织表达显著高于CIN组织及宫颈炎组织（P〈0.05）。宫颈癌组织中VEGF表达水平与患者年龄、淋巴结转移无关,与临床分期、组织学分级、肿瘤直径大小、腺体浸润有关（P〈0.05）。宫颈癌组织中MK与VEGF的表达呈正相关（r=0.433,P〈0.05）。结论 MK可能在宫颈癌的发生过程中起到重要作用;可能与宫颈癌的浸润、转移相关。
