| 摘 要： | 目的观察思美泰联合熊去氧胆酸治疗重度ICP的临床疗效。方法观察组孕妇给予思美泰1 000mg加入500ml 5%葡萄糖液中,静脉滴注,1次/d;熊去氧胆酸250mg,口服,4次/d,10d为1个疗程。对照组：熊去氧胆酸250mg,口服,4次/d,10d为1个疗程。结果观察组早产率、新生儿窒息、产后出血、新生儿体质量、羊水粪染、剖宫产率显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。治疗后观察组孕妇主要生化指标与治疗前比较均明显下降,差异有非常显著性（P〈0.01）,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论思美泰联合熊去氧胆酸（UDCA）治疗重度ICP孕妇,疗效满意。
