| 摘 要： | 目的探讨工娱治疗对抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法将78例抑郁症患者随机分为药物治疗加工娱治疗组（联合治疗组）和单纯药物治疗组,疗程8周。以汉密尔顿抑郁量表HAMD和抑郁自评量表SDS评定疗效。结果 8周后联合治疗组的显效率为82.65%,单纯药物治疗组显效率为56.34%,以前组显效率较好,两组的HAMD、SDS量表分均明显低于单纯药物治疗组（P〈0.05）。结论药物治疗联合工娱疗法对抑郁症患者有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinic effect on depression patients through therapy of work and entertainment.Methods 78 depression patients were divided into two groups in random,in which,one group got the therapy on medication combined work and entertainment,and another group got the therapy on single medication,the therapeutic time was 8 weeks,then used the tabulation of HAMD AND SDS to assess the effect.Results The clinic effect rate was 82.65% on combined group through 8 weeks' therapy,the clinic effect rate... |
