低体重儿与优生的临床研究

本文对我院产科住院分娩的孕龄在28周以上、出生体重在1000～2500g之间的低体重儿进行了回顾性研究。分析了低体重儿的相关因素,如早产、妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)、双胎、前置胎盘等妊娠并发症,内科合并症以及脐带异常、胎盘异常等,同时对低体重儿的产科处理与如何争取优良的结局也进行了探讨。

Clinic Study on Low Birth Weight Infant and Improving Birth Quality

This paper is a retrospective study of lowbirth weight (LBW) infant whose weight ranged from 1000g to 2500g with more than 28 weeks gestational age born in our hospital from 1978 to April 1991.The total number of hospitalized delivery was 19781, there were 1601 cases of LBW infants, the incidence was 8.09%.The perinatal mortality was 149.9% (260 cases). There were 742 cases (46.3%) with less than 37 weeks of gestational age, 145 cases(9.06%) with very low birth weight.Maternal complications of pregnancy such as preterm labour, pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), twin gestation, placenta previa, medical illnesses complicating pregnancy, and abnormalities of umbilical corb or placenta etc. corcern factors were analysed. The tocological precess and outcome for improving birth quality were discussed as well.
