| 摘 要： | 本实验通过门静脉注射C_(57)BL/6J小鼠脾细胞,在成年BALB/c小鼠体内诱导出供体特异的细胞免疫反应抑制,BALB/c小鼠对C_(57)BL/6J小鼠的迟发型过敏反应(DTH)和单向混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)均受明显抑制,但对第三者的DTH和MLR反应均保持正常。机制研究表明,这种供体特异的免疫抑制与抗原特异性抑制细胞的产生有关,该抑制细胞的作用受MHC限制。

| Abstract: | Donor-specific cellular immunosuppression was induced in BALB/c mice by administration ofC57BL/6J mice spleen cells into the recipient's portal vein. The recipient BALB/c mice showed depp-ressed delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) responses and mixed lymphocyte culture responscs to thedonor strain alloantigens. In contrast, they maintained normal responses to the third strain alloantigens.Mechanism study suggested that such donor specific immunosuppression was concerned with the appea-rance of antigen specific suppressor cells. Their activities were restricted by major histocompatibilityantigen. |
