| 摘 要： | 方法：运用DAJ多功能艾灸仪温针灸替代传统温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎，并与电针组、传统温针灸组比较。结果：艾灸仪组与传统温针灸组疗效均优于电针组，艾灸仪组与传统温针灸组疗效相比，差异无明显意义。结论：DAJ多功能艾灸仪温针灸可以替代传统温针灸，且安全，易于操作。

| Abstract: | Methods Moxibustion-warmed needling with DAJ Mul ti-Function Moxibustion Apparatus substi tuted for traditional moxibustion-warmed needling to treat knee joint osteoarthr itis,and it was compared with electroacu puncture and traditional moxibustion-war med needling.Results The therapeutic effect of the moxibustio n apparatus group or the traditional mox ibustion group was superior to that of t he electroacupuncture group,but there wa s no significant difference between the moxibustion apparatus group and the tra ditional moxibustion group in therapeuti c effect.Conclusion The moxibustion-warmed needling with DAJ Multi-Function Apparatus can substitute for traditional moxibustion-warmed need ling,with safety and convenient manipula tion. |
