| 摘 要： | 目的:观察骨复活汤对实验性激素性股骨头坏死血液流变学的影响。方法:将32只成年雄性新西兰家兔随机分为病理模型组、正常对照组、骨复活汤低剂量组及骨复活汤高剂量组,采用臀部注射醋酸氢化泼尼松,建立股骨头骨细胞坏死模型,观察血液流变学指标,进行分析比较。结果:骨复活汤可明显降低全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积含量。结论:骨复活汤对家兔激素性股骨头坏死有明显防治作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To Observe the influence of Gufuhua Tang (GT) on blood rheology of cases with hormonal necrosis of femoral head (HNFH).Methods:32 adult male New Zealang rabbits were allocated to model group (MG),normal control group (NCG),GT low dosage group (LDG) and GT high dosage group (HDG).The model of osteocytic necrosis of fermoral head was established by buttock injection of prednisolone acetate.Blood rheology was detected and analysed.Results:GT can markedly decrease the low-shear viscosity of whole blood,the viscosity of plasma and hematocrit.Conclusion:GT possesses marked preventive and therapeutic effect for HNFH in rabbits. |
