| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平与动脉弹性的相互关系。方法 115例原发性高血压患者,测定肱动脉-踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)、血清HCY水平;选取健康对照组86例,比较各组差异及相互关系。结果高血压组HCY、baPWV指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血压组baPWV与HCY呈正相关(r=0.365,P<0.05)。结论 HCY与高血压患者动脉弹性密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between arterial elasticity and HCY in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Plasma HCY and baPWV were detected in 115 cases with essential hypertension.86 cases of healthy people who had medical examination were as the normal control group.Results HCY and baPWV in hypertension group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);And the HCY was significantly positively correlated with baPWV(r=0.365,P<0.05).Conclusion HCY is significantly correlated with arterial elasticity in patients with hypertension. |
