宫颈癌合并梅毒患者预后及相关因素研究

目的探讨宫颈癌合并梅毒患者的预后及其影响因素。方法对40例IA2-IIA期梅毒阳性宫颈鳞癌患者的临床病理及随访资料进行分析,随机选取同期收治的30例IA2-IIA期非梅毒宫颈鳞癌患者作为对照进行比较。结果 40例梅毒阳性宫颈癌患者的平均生存时间(45.816±3.102)个月,5年生存率为65.0%,较同期非梅毒宫颈癌患者5年生存率(76.7%)低(χ2=1.990,P>0.05);深肌层浸润、宫旁组织浸润及淋巴结转移是预后的独立影响因素;术后5年局部复发发生率梅毒阳性宫颈癌患者较非梅毒宫颈癌患者高(χ2=4.073,P<0.05)。结论梅毒阳性宫颈癌患者预后较差,应关注梅毒阳性宫颈癌患者的治疗及预后,注重个体化的治疗原则,规范并加强术后随访。

A prognosis and correlation factor study of cervical cancer patients in early stage with syphilis

Objective To explore prognosis and correlation factors of cervical cancer patients in early stage with syphilis.Methods 40 squamocellular cervical cancer patients in stage IA2 to IIA with syphilis were retrospectively studied.30 squamocellular cervical cancer patients did not complicated with syphilis in the corresponding time period were regarded as control group.Results The five-year survival rate of cervical cancer patients with syphilis(65.0%) was lower than that of cervical cancer patients without syphilis(76.7%)(χ2=1.990,P>0.05),the five-year relapse rate of cervical cancer patients with syphilis was higher than that of cervical cancer patients without syphilis(χ2=4.073,P<0.05).Influencing factor of prognosis includes deep infiltration of interstitial substance,parametrial infiltration and lymph nodes metastasis.Conclusion The prognosis of cervical cancer patients with syphilis is poor,and it is very important to conduct correct therapy pay attention to these patients,what is more,follow-up in time is recommended.
