昆明市流动妇女卫生服务利用分析

目的探索影响城市流动妇女卫生保健利用障碍的因素，为改善和促进流动妇女有效利用卫生保健提供依据．斤法以问卷调查与个人访谈相结合的方法，对昆明市西山、官渡、五华、盘龙四个区的流动妇女卫生服务利用情况进行调查．主要内容为流动妇女的基本情况、健康状况、卫生服务利用情况和影响其利用卫生服务的因素等．结果被调查的919名流动妇女接受教育程度低，大专以上文化的仪为2．4％，自我保健及就医意识差，两周患病率为11．1％，两周就诊率为4．57％，32．4％的妇女做过婚前检查，67．8％的人生病后自己买药．住院分娩的情况较好，但产后访视率低．结论流动妇女卫生服务利用存在很大的障碍，应该采取相应措施促进流动妇女对卫生服务的利用．

Health Services Utilization of Migrant Women in Kunming

Obioctive To explore the impact factors of urban mobility barriers on migrant womens＇ access to health care, to provide the basis for improving and promoting the heahh care utilization of migrant women. Methods We investigated the situation of health services utilization in women from Xishan, Guandu, Wuhua, Panlong district of Kunming by Question-and-Answer survey and personal interviews. The main contents of the investigation were basic information, health status, health service utilization situation, and the impact factors of health services utilization. Results The education backgrounds of 919 migrant women were poor, only 2.4% of them received college education. Their self-awareness of health care and medical treatment was poor, the two-week morbidity was 11.1%, and the two-week visiting doctor rate was 4.57% , 32.4% of women had premarital examination, 67.8% of them took medicine by themselves. Deliveries in hospital were better, but rate of post-natal visits was low. Conclusion Health services use of migrant women has a lot of obstacles, we should take corresponding measures to promote the health services utilization of migrant women.
