| 摘 要： | 目的探讨nm23-H1和CD44V6在胃癌的浸润和淋巴结转移过程中的作用机理及临床意义。方法用免疫组化LSAB方法检测nm23-H1和CD44V6蛋白在65例胃癌中的表达。结果nm23-H1的表达与胃癌的浸润、淋巴结转移和TNM分期呈负相关,与预后呈正相关。CD44V6的阳性表达率随胃癌浸润的加深而升高,与淋巴结转移和TNM分期呈正相关,CD44V6阳性者术后3年生存率低于阴性者(P<0.05)。结论nm23-H1和CD44V6的表达与胃癌的发生、发展和预后等密切相关,可作为判断胃癌预后的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mechanism and clinical significance of the expression of nm23-H1 and CD44V6 in infiltration and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.Methods Expression of nm23-H1 and CD44V6 protein was detected by LSAB immunohistochemical technique in 65 patients with gastric cancer.Results Expression of nm23-H1 was negatively correlated to invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of gastric cancer.It was positively correlated to the prognosis of the patients.Expression of CD44V6 was positively correlated to the invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.Patients with positive expression of CD44V6 had lower 3-year survival rate than those with negative CD44V6(P<0.05).Conclusion The results showed that the expression of nm23-H1 and CD44V6 was significantly related to the carcinogenesis,progression and prognosis of gastric cancer,and may be used as hopeful markers for predicting the prognosis of gastric cancer. |
