| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨浙江省台州市福寿螺分布及广州管圆线虫感染状况。 方法 在全市9个县（市、区）所有乡镇开展福寿螺分布调查， 抽取5个县（市、区）开展福寿螺广州管圆线虫感染状况调查。结果 全市58.78％（77/131）的乡镇有福寿螺分布，呈自南向北逐渐递减分布（sup2/sup=38.15, IP/I＜0.01）；福寿螺广州管圆线虫感染率为3.35％（25/747），感染率沿海地区高于内陆地区（sup2/sup=6.60,IP/I＜0.01）。 结论 台州市福寿螺分布广泛， 广州管圆线虫感染率较低， 但存在发生广州管圆线虫病的潜在威胁。
