老年骨折患者围手术期肺部康复综合治疗的研究

目的:探讨围手术期肺部康复综合治疗预防肺部感染的效果。方法:对手术治疗的122例老年(≥60岁)骨折患者,随机分成康复治疗组和对照组,观察围手术期肺部感染的发生率。结果:非康复治疗组感染率为21.31%;康复治疗组感染率为6.56%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期肺部早期康复综合治疗能有效预防术后肺部感染的发生。

A study on perioperative comprehensive treatment of pulmonary rehabilitation in elderly fracture patients

Objective To study the effect of prevention of lung infection by comprehensive treatment of perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation.Method Total 122 surgical treatment of elderly patients(≥ 60 years) with fractures from October 2008 to October 2010 were divided into two groups,including integrative rehabilitation training group and normal nursing group,which were observed perioperative incidence of lung infection.Results Non-rehabilitation group infection rate was 21.31%,rehabilitation group infection rate was 6.56%.The functional recovery of rehabilitation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation of early comprehensive treatment can effectively prevent postoperative pulmonary infection.
