子宫交界性平滑肌瘤的治疗及预后分析(附11例报告)

目的 探讨子宫交界性平滑肌瘤的治疗方法及对患者预后的影响.方法 回顾性分析1993年1月至2007年1月我院住院手术的11例子宫交界性平滑肌瘤患者的临床资料.结果 子宫全切术6例.子宫次全切除术1例,腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术4例.随访:术后2例足月妊娠,1例产后出血.复发2例,再次手术切除全子宫,病理同前.无一例恶变及死亡.4例富于细胞型;2例奇异型;3例核分裂活跃型;2例恶性潜能不定型平滑肌瘤.结论 子宫交界性平滑肌瘤预后较好,可以观察治疗.

Borderline smooth-muscle tumor of the uterus (report of 11 cases)

Objective To discuss the influence of the diagnosis and treatment on the prognosis of patients with borderline smooth- muscle tumor of the uterus. Methods 11 cases of borderline smooth-muscle tumor of the uterus diagnosed and treated from January 1993 to January 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Abdominal hysterectomy was performed in 6 patients, subtotal hysterectomy in 1 patient, abdominal myomectomy in 4 patients. Among four patients for abdominal myomectomy, two patients were full-term pregnancy after operation and one patient suffered from postpartum hemorrhage. Two patients relapsed and were performed by hysterectomy, the pathologic diagnosis was the same as preoperation. No patient became malignant or died. Cellular Leiomyoma in 4 patients, bizarre nuclei leiomyoma in 2 patients; mitotically active leiomyoma in 3 patients. Smooth muscle tumors of uncertain malignant potential in 2 patients. Conclusions Prognosis of borderline smooth-muscle tumor of the uterus is good and conservative therapy is feasible.
