摘    要:正常大鼠关节软骨表层组织在抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体的作用下,其表层胶原纤维网状结构可出现排列紊乱,失去乳头状突起等改变,但关节软骨表层结构的这种早期退行性变化在停止关节内注射抗体一段时间后可恢复正常。

Abstract:Anti-collagen antibody was injected into the knee joint cavities of rats once per week for four times.The ultrastructural alterations in the surface layer of articular cartilage were examined by scanning electronmicroscope 1, 2, and 3 months after the first injection. It was found that the network of collagen fibers inthe surface layer became irregular and tortuous under continuous exposure to anti-collagen antibody. Howe-ver, these morphological alterations were reversible. One month after stopping the injection of antibody, thestructure of the surface layer returned to normal appearance.
