急性下肢深静脉血栓的溶栓治疗

目的　探讨国产尿激酶对急性下肢深静脉血栓治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法　以大剂量尿激酶为主的祛纤、抗血小板聚集、活血化瘀和扩张血管综合溶栓疗法。治疗期间监测PT、APTT、Fbg等指标 ,并作下肢多普勒和彩色B超的随访检测以评判疗效。 结果　判断效果指标 :症状 ,体征 ,多功能血管诊断仪 (Doppler)和静脉瓣膜功能检查 (PPG) ,痊愈 90例 ,占 13 .7% ,优良 44 4例 ,占 67.48% ,有效 12 2例 ,占 18.5 4% ,3例死于肺栓塞 ,总有效率 10 0 %。结论　以大剂量尿激酶为主的综合溶栓方案具有高效、安全、简便特点 ,值得推广和普及。

Thrombolytic therapy for acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity

Objective To explore the clinical effects and security of treating acute deep venous thrombosis of patients with domestic urokinase.Methods Comphrehensive thrombolytic treatment with large urokinase attached with thrombosis fibrinolytic.resistance to platelet agglutination,activate blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and expand blood vessel.The cases were checked with PT,APTT and Fbg,et al.and examined by Doppler and Duplex.Results The patients were checked with symptoms,signs,Doppler and PPG.There were 90 cases with complete lysis(13.7%),444 cases with partial lysis(67.48%),122 cases with efficacy (18.54%).3 cases died of fatal pulmonary thrombosis.Total clinical effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The comprehensive thrombolytic plan with large urokinase as main factor has high efficiency thrombolytic effect,and.It has features of high efficiency,safety,simplicity and convenience,1deserving to be spread.
