| 摘 要： | 目的 了解泌尿生殖道炎症患者极其有症状性伙伴中溶脲脲原体(ureaplasma urealyticam，Uu)感染与对抗生素的耐药状况。方法 利用国产Uu的分离、鉴别、定量和药敏试剂盒，对送检标本进行Uu检测与药敏分析。结果 共检测3606份标本，检测出Uu1404份(38．93％)，药敏试验提示对司帕沙星耐药严重，而美满霉素、壮观霉素敏感性高。结论 泌尿生殖道炎症患者中的Uu感染很普遍。对临床治疗常规选用的四类抗生素Uu均出现耐药，其中对喹喏酮类抗生素Uu耐药性较高，应加以关注。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the infection and antibiotic sensitivity of Ureaplasma urealyticum ( Uu ) in vitro in urogenititis patients. Methods From March in 1999 to December 2002, Uu was isolated and the antibiotic sensitivity was tested with direct broth dish methods from the samples of out patients. Results Among 3606 cases, 1404(38. 93%) strains were isolated. The antibiotic sensitivity in vitro was described in table. Conclusion Uu infection in human urogen-ital tract 15 common. And four types antibiotic which are chosen against Uu in clinic routine might have been resisted. It should be pay more attention to the infection of Uu. |
