| 摘 要： | 目的:研究无创通气及床边支气管镜治疗COPD呼衰的临床应用前景。方法:回顾性分析ICU病区COPD呼衰病例共35例,观察应用无创通气及支气管镜的治疗效果。结果:35例COPD呼衰的患者中32例抢救成功。结论:应用无创通气技术与支气管镜,对抢救COPD呼衰患者,是安全可靠、有效的措施,有推广应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical utilizational prospect and safety of non-invasive ventilation and electronic bronchoscope in treating respiration failure of COPD. Methods:35 patients with respiration failure of COPD were admitted to the ICU ward from Aug. 1998 to Oct. 2004 and were treated by non-invasive ventilation and electronic bronchoscope. Retrospectivly analyzed their therapeutic effects.Results:32 cases of 35 patients were saved successfully. Conclusions:The methods of non-invasive ventilation and electronic bronchoscope may decrease endotracheal intubation rate and lower the cost of medical care and there are better clinical therapeutic result as well as safety in treating respiration failure of COPD and worth to extend utilizations. |
