肝细胞癌及癌旁组织中c－erbB－2蛋白的表达与乙型肝炎病毒感染的关系

目的及方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测了７６例肝细胞癌（ＨＣＣ）及其癌旁组织中ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）的表达。结果及结论ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白在ＨＣＣ和癌旁组织内表达的阳性率分别为５７．９％（４４／７６）和７１．９％（４１／５７），阳性表达与ＨＣＣ组织学分级及细胞增殖状态无相关性，而与ＨＢＶ感染密切相关。ＰＣＮＡ在ＨＣＣ及癌旁组织的阳性率分别为７７．６％（５９／７６）和３５．１％（２０／５７），ＰＣＮＡ标记指数与ＨＣＣ组织学分级呈正相关。

CORRELATION BETWEENTHE EXPRESSION OF C-ERBB-2 ONCOPROTEIN AND THE INFECTION OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS IN HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

and Methods The expression of c-erbB-2 oncoprotein was examined immunohistochemically in resected hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and its surrounding liver tissues using anti-c-erbB-2 oncoprotein polyclonal antibody. Results Of the 76 cases of HCC tested,57.9%(44/76) of HCC and 71.9%(41/57) of surroynding liver tissues showed the positivtiy of c-erbB-2 oncoprotein. The expression of c-erbB-2 oncoprotein was positively associated with HBV infection,but no relationship was observed between its expression and the histological grades of HCC. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) was also examined and its positivity was 77.6%(59/76) in HCC and 35.2%(20/57) in surrounding liver tissues. Positive relationship was found between PCNA-Labell index (PCNA-LI) and the histological grade of HCC. Conclusions The results imply that c-erbB-2 oncoprotein expression might be related with hepaitis B virus infection and PCNA might be used as a predictive marker for cell proliferating state.
