珠蛋白合成障碍贫血患儿去白红细胞输注与FNHTR的相关性研究

目的评估去除白细胞输血的临床应用价值。方法取充分混匀的过滤前、后血袋内血样各3ml，分别用血球计数仪计数白细胞、红细胞和血红蛋白，分析经白细胞过滤器过滤前后供者相关血液参数的变化。同时，将78例（398人次）输注未滤除白细胞血液的地中海贫血患儿作为对照组；127例（645人次）输注滤除白细胞血液的患儿作为观察组，观察两组患儿的输血反应情况。结果过滤后白细胞去除率平均为97．9%，红细胞回收率为92．8％，血红蛋白过滤后的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。对照组与观察组的FNHTR发生率分别为21．8%和0．8％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论白细胞滤器能有效去除白细胞，预防输血反应发生。

Study on the Relationship between Leukocyte Removal Transfusion and FNHTR in Thalassemia
