五参顺脉胶囊的质量控制研究

摘    要:目的建立一种有效控制五参顺脉胶囊质量的含量测定方法。方法 HPLC同时测定人参皂苷Re、Rb1含量;色谱条件:Rapid Resolution(4.6 mm×100 mm,3.5-Micron)色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速1.3 mL/min,检测波长203 nm,柱温30℃。结果人参皂苷Re、Rb1在该色谱条件下分离度良好,专属性强,可以准确地进行含量测定。结论该方法可以快速、准确、有效地对五参顺脉胶囊进行质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an effective method to control the quality of wushenshunmai capsule. Method HPLC determine the contents of ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1 simultaneously;Chromatographic conditions:Rapid Resolution (4.6 mm ×100 mm ,3.5-Micron) column and acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid-water gradient, flow rate 1.3 mL/min, detection wavelength 203 nm, column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1 in the chromatographic separation conditions is good, specific, can accurately determine the content. Conclusion This method can quickly and accurately and efficiently control the quality of wushenshunmai capsules.
