呼吸过滤器对全麻术中呼吸道感染预防作用的观察

摘    要:目的观察呼吸过滤器在全麻插管患者中呼吸道感染的预防作用。方法选择全麻插管择期手术患者40例,采集呼吸过滤器使用前后滤过膜患者面与回路面的标本进行细菌培养;对麻醉机回路中气体进行细菌培养,A组20例不使用过滤器,B组20例使用过滤器;对患者进行术后随访。结果术前过滤器滤过膜两面细菌均为阴性,使用后过滤器滤过膜患者面细菌阳性率为100.0%,回路面阳性率为7.5%,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);麻醉机回路中气体培养A组细菌阳性率为80.0%,B组细菌阳性率为20.0%;术后随访呼吸道感染率为2.5%。结论呼吸过滤器可显著降低全麻插管患者呼吸道感染并发症的发生率。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of breathing filter on prevention of the respiratory tract infection in general anesthesia.METHODS The samples were taken from two faces of the breathing filter,one closed to the anesthetic machine circulation circuits and other to the patient.40 cases selective patients of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade were chosed to perform general anesthesia.2 bacteria were found in the samples of the anesthetic machine circulation circuits which in group A 20 samples not use breathing filters and in group B 20 samples use breathing filter.3 postoperative patients were followed up.RESULTS No bacteria were found in the two faces of breathing filters before operation.The positive rates of the bacteria was 100%in the breathing filter face closed to the patients and the positive rate of the bacteria was 7.5%in the faces closed to the anesthetic machines circulation circus after operation.There were significant difference(P<0.01)The positive rates of the bacteria which in the anesthetic circulation circus was 80%in group A and the positive rate was 20%in group B.The infective rate of the respiratory tract was 2.5%.CONCLUSIONS The complication rate of the respiratory tract infection can be significantly reduced with the use of the breathing filter.
