《普济方》治疗积聚类高频药物抑瘤作用的最佳配伍比例研究

目的]检索《普济方》中治疗积聚类痰病所用频次最高的中药大黄、当归、木香的不同配伍对艾氏腹水癌荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用及免疫功能的影响,探讨大黄当归木香的最佳配伍关系。方法]制备艾氏腹水癌荷瘤小鼠动物模型,随机分为模型组、大黄组、大黄当归组、大黄木香组、大黄当归木香组;通过测定荷瘤小鼠的瘤重、脾重,计算抑瘤率及脾指数,观察不同配伍组对肿瘤生长及对免疫功能的影响。结果]大黄当归组对艾氏腹水癌的抑瘤率达到73.42%,脾指数2.431±0.48,与模型组比较,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]结合抑瘤率与脾指数,大黄当归组合在本次实验中作用最好。

"Puji Party" Type High Frequency of Drug Treatment of the Accumulation of Inhibitory Effect of the Ratio of the Best Compatibility

Objective]To observe, ＂Puji party＂ in the treatment of diseases used to accumulate the highest frequency of rhubarb, angelica, costas of different combinations of the Ehrlich ascites carcinoma tumor - bearing mice with anti -tumor effect and immune function, and to explore rhubarb the best compatibility between Angelica costas. Methods ] The preparation of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma animal models of tumor - bearing mice were randomly divided into model group, rhubarb group, rhubarb angelica group, rhubarb wood group, rhubarb angelica eostas group; by measuring the tumor -bearing mice, tumor weight, spleen weight calculate the inhibition rate and the spleen index, the effects of different compatibility groups of tumor growth and immune function. Results ] rhubarb angelica group Ehrlich ascites carcinoma tumor inhibition rate reached 73.42% , spleen index of 2. 431 ± 0.48, compared with model group, were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion] The combination of inhibition rate and the spleen index, rhubarb angelica combined role in this experiment is best.
