COPD患者呼吸肌力与肺通气功能关系探讨

摘    要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的呼吸肌力及其与肺通气功能的关系。方法测定43名COPD患者的呼吸肌力(最大呼气压MEP、最大吸气压MIP)与肺通气功能(用力肺活量FVC、第1秒用力呼气量FEV1、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC),探讨呼吸肌力与肺通气功能的相关性。结果 COPD患者呼吸肌力和肺通气功能均明显低于其预计值,最大呼气压(MEP)仅占其预计值的(58.9±9.4)%;最大吸气压(MIP)仅占其预计值的(49.0±9.9)%;FVC%为(60.2±16.0),FEV1%为(36.6±11.2),FEV1/FVC%为(58.8±9.5),经相关分析,呼吸肌力与其肺通气功能呈正相关。结论提示COPD患者肺通气功能及其呼吸肌力均减退,而且二者密切关联,故改善呼吸肌状态有利于提高COPD患者的呼吸功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the relation between breath muscle strength and lung ventilates function in the patient of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).MethodTo measures breath muscle strength,maxium inhale pressure(MIP),maxium exhale pressure(MEP) and lung ventilate function in 23 COPD patients,including Forced vital capacity(FVC),First second forced expiratory volume(FEV1) and FEV1 divided by FVC,to make out percentage and calculate the relativity of breath the muscle strength and its lung ventilates function.ResultThe COPD patients breath muscle strength and lung ventilate function is obviously lower than its anticipates,and maxim inhale pressure(MEP) only account(58.9 ± 9.4)% of anticipates.Maxim exhale pressure(MIP) only account(49.0 ± 9.9)% of anticipates;FVC% is(60.2 ± 16.0),FEV1% is(36.6 ± 11.2),FEV1/ FVC% is(58.8 ± 9.5).Breath muscle strength and lung ventilates function is positive related.Conclusion Suggest that lung ventilates function and its breath muscle strength all decrease,and both are close correlation,so through improving breathes muscle strength to improve breath function in COPD patients.
