| 摘 要： | 目的探讨铝碳酸镁联合多潘立酮治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法胆汁反流性胃炎患者70例,随机分为两组,观察组与对照组各35例,观察组采用铝碳酸镁联合多潘立酮治疗,对照组单用多潘立酮治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善以及胃内24h时胆汁反流情况。结果观察组与对照组的有效率分别为94.28%、77.14%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),观察组组在治疗前症状积分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后2周、4周出现上腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐4种症状的积分较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后24h胆汁监测,胃内胆汁反流总时间、反流次数、反流持续>5min的次数较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),最长反流时间下降无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁联合多潘立酮治疗胆汁反流性胃炎比单用多潘立酮治疗效果更显著,胆汁反流明显减少,临床症状显著改善。
