| 摘 要： | 目的观察及评价马来酸曲美布丁联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法选择门诊IBS患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组进行分组治疗。观察组用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛和马来酸曲布丁口服治疗,对照组单独用马来酸曲美布丁口服。疗程均为8周。疗程结束后观察统计治疗前后症状的变化。结果观察组的消化道主要症状和神经症状治疗后总有效率分别为95.5%和93.5%;而对照组的总有效率分别为54.2%和28.5%,组间比较P<0.001。两组IBS患者症状的总有效率的差别,有高度统计学意义。结论用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合马来酸曲美布丁治疗1BS的疗效。明显高于单独应用马来酸曲美布丁。提示在IBS的发病机制中,心理精神因素起了重大的作用。
