| 摘 要： | 目的探讨激素应用依从性对肾病综合征(NS)患者康复的影响,通过综合性护理干预,达到促进患者康复的目的。方法对121例肾病综合征患者随机分为两组,研究组(n=64)进行综合性的护理干预,对照组(n=57)给予护理常规,比较两组患者激素应用依从性及治疗效果。结果研究组患者激素应用依从性及治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论提高NS患者激素应用依从性可促进NS患者的康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the compliance of corticoid to the patients with nephritic syndrome（NS）,it is conductive to treatment and rehabilitation by nursing intervention.Methods 121 patients with NS were divided into the intervention group（n=64） and control group（57cases） randomly.nursing intervention was used in the intervention group,while the routine nursing cares were used in control group.The compliance of corticoid and effect of the treatment of the two groups was compared.Result The intervention group patients with NS showed higher compliance of corticoid and effect of the treatment compared with the control group.Conclusion Improving the compliance of corticoid to the patents with NS is conducive to treatment and rehabilitation. |
