X线与胃镜对胃石症的诊疗价值(附42分析)

目的探讨X线气-钡双对比造影与胃镜对胃石症的诊断及治疗价值。方法对42例胃石症患者行气-钡双对比造影检查。全部患者均应用碳酸氢钠、枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,同时配合腹外按摩。10~15d后行气-钡双对比造影复查了解治疗效果,药物治疗失败者行胃镜下机械碎石。结果 37例患者复查胃石消失;另外3例胃石块大、多发,2例病史较长患者胃石变小或变化不明显,行胃镜下机械碎石。结论胃石症患者可先通过X线确诊并进行药物碎石,药物治疗失败者行胃镜碎石。

The Application Value of X-ray and Gastroscope in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Aastrolith(Analysis of 42 Cases)

Objective To study the application value of gas-barium double contrast imaging and gastroscope in the gastrolith diagnosis and treatment course.Methods 42 cases of gastrolith patients were diagnosed by gas-barium double contrast imaging.The patients were treated with sodium bicarbonate and mosapride citrate dispersible tablets,and cooperate with abdominal massage.The patients were rechecked 10-15days later.The patients who were failed to medical treatment,were treated with gastroscopic mechanical lithotripsy.Results The gastrolith in 37 patients disappeared after medical treatment,while the gastrolith in 3 cases were multiple or large and 2 cases who had a long course of gastrolith became diminished in size or does not change significantly.Then they were suggest to treat with gastroscopic mechanical lithotripsy.Conclusion The gastrolith can be firstly diagnosed by the X-ray air-barium double contras imaging and treated with medicine.If the medical treatment failed,the patients were treated with gastroscopic mechanical lithotripsy.
