心理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理中的应用

目的探讨心理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理中的临床应用价值。方法选择80例接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各40例。对照组仅给予普外科常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予心理干预。比较两组患者手术前、后的SAS评分及与手术相关的各项指标。结果干预组治疗后SAS评分显著低于治疗前与对照组治疗后(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前、后SAS评分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预组手术时间、下床活动时间、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者于围手术期有针对性给予有效的心理干预,不仅可显著减少和消除患者焦虑恐惧的不良心理反应、缩短手术和住院时间,降低了手术风险,而且有利于术后康复。

Psychological Intervention in the Application of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Nursing

Objective To discuss the psychological intervention in laparoscopic cholecystectomy nursing the value of clinical applications.Methods Sselection 80 cases accepted laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients were randomized into control and intervention group,each group every 40 cases.The control group limited to general routine care,intervention group in conventional care on the basis of giving psychological intervention.Compare two sets of patients surgery before and after the SAS score and the and various indexes of related to the operation.Results After the intervention group therapy SAS score significantly lower than before and after the treatment of treatment group（P0.05）,and the control group therapy,before and after the SAS scores were no significant difference（P0.05）.Intervention group operative time,bed activity time,postoperative anus exhaust time,and length of time were significantly less than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The patients laparoscopic cholecystectomy in perioperative targeted giving effective psychological nursing intervention,not only can significantly reduce and eliminate anxiety fear of patients with negative psychology,shorten the surgery and hospitalization time and reduce the risk of the surgery,but also helps postoperative rehabilitation.
