门脉断流术联合脾脏切除术与双介入栓塞术治疗肝硬化门脉高压症疗效对比观察

目的探讨门脉断流术联合脾脏切除术与双介入栓塞术治疗肝硬化门脉高压症疗效。方法采用回顾性分析怀化市第二人民医院收治的肝硬化门脉高压症患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为治疗B组(双介入栓塞术组)40例和治疗A组(门脉断流术联合脾脏切除术)50例。结果治疗A组的白细胞、血小板、白蛋白、凝血酶原活动度恢复效果均明显优于治疗B组,治疗A组并发症发生率、复发率明显低于治疗B组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义;而病死率无明显差异,P>0.05。结论门脉断流术联合脾脏切除术治疗肝硬化门脉高压症疗效明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。

The Contrast Detection of Curing Lliver Cirrhoris Portal Hypertension by Portal-vein Disconnection and Splenectomy and Double Interventional Embolization

Objective To approach curative effect of curing liver cirrhosis portal hypertension by portal-vein disconnection and splenectomy and double interventional embolization.Method To retrospective analyze clinical data of liver cirrhosis portal hypertension patients in The Second People′s Hospital of Huaihua,which were to be divided into curing B group（double interventional embolization group）40 cases and curing A group（portal-vein disconnection and splenectomy group）50 cases.Result The WBC,platelet,AL,serozyme activity recovery result of curing A group were better than curing B group,the complication rate,relapse rate t of curing A group were lower than curing B group,P〈0.05,the difference were statistical significance;the death rate were not difference,P〉0.05.Conclusion The liver cirrhosis portal hypertension by portal-vein disconnection and splenectomy were obviously and eusemia,which were to be used.
