应用第一跖背动脉及其腓侧皮支为蒂的游离皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损

目的探讨第一跖背动脉及其腓侧皮支为蒂的游离皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法应用第一跖背动脉及其腓侧皮支为蒂的游离皮瓣移植修复手指、手背处的软组织缺损。结果本组应用20例,皮瓣全部成活。皮瓣色泽、弹性好,外观接近健手。受区皮肤感觉恢复好,对供足无明显影响。结论第一跖背动脉及其腓侧皮支为蒂的的游离皮瓣为修复手部软组织缺损、坏死的较好方法,尤其适用于手指掌侧的伴有血运障碍的半环形的皮肤坏死。

Used the Free Skin Flap of the First Dorsal Metatarsal Artery and its Fibular Side Cutaneous Branches to Repair the Hand Soft Tissue Defect

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the free skin flap of the first dorsal metatarsal artery and its fibular side cutaneous branches in the repairing of the hand soft tissue defect.Methods The hand soft tissue defect was repaired by the free skin flap of the first dorsal metatarsal artery and its fibular side cutaneous branches.Results Twenty patients were repaired in one stage.All the flaps were survived.Color,appearance and elasticity of the flaps were good and close to the normal skin.Furthermore,it would not destroy the functions of the donor foot.Conclusion The free skin flap of the first dorsal metatarsal artery and its fibular side cutaneous branches in the repairing of the hand soft tissue defect or necrosis should be the better method,particularly in the palmed skin necrosis of the finger with blood circulation disturbance.
