| 摘 要： | 目的评估万托林联合布地奈德利用氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的治疗效果。方法随机分为两组,对照组单纯利用万托林高频雾化吸入,实验组利用万托林与布地奈德交替氧气雾化吸入,观察雾化后患儿喘憋、呼吸困难、肺部哮鸣音改变情况,患儿肺部干湿音消失时间和住院天数。结果患儿在利用万托林与布地奈德交替氧气雾化吸入后,患儿喘憋、呼吸困难、肺部哮鸣音改变情况,患儿肺部干湿音消失时间和住院天数经统计学分析,有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论利用万托林与布地奈德交替氧气雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎,效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective Joint assessment Ventolin budesonide inhalation therapy using oxygen-driven treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods RandomLy divided into two groups,Control group were treated using high-frequency ventolin inhalation,the experimental group used budesonide ventolin alternating with oxygen inhalation,asthmatic children observed after atomization,difficulty breathing,wheezing lungs change the situation,children with pulmonary rales disappeared dry time and length of hospital stay.Results Children in the use of ventolin alternating with budesonide after inhalation of oxygen,children with wheezing,difficulty breathing,wheezing lungs change the situation,children with pulmonary rales disappeared dry time and hospital stay were statistically analyzed,there were significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Budesonide ventolin alternating with oxygen inhalation treatment of bronchiolitis,the effect is significant. |
