40例腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的护理干预

目的探讨腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻的特点、治疗及护理。方法齐河县中医院收治的腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,对观察组进行有效地护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组胃肠功能恢复时间以及住院天数明显短于对照组。对照组有1例患者需要再次手术解除肠梗阻,经综合治疗后,上述患者全部治愈,出院时全部恢复正常饮食。结论腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗期间,有效的护理干预有助于疾病的恢复。
