| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全程护理干预在电子喉镜检查中的效果。方法将241名首次接受电子喉镜检查的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取全程护理干预措施。结果观察组血压、心率、呼吸及不适程度明显低于对照组,插入电子喉镜的时间少于对照组。结论全程护理干预可有效减轻电子喉镜检查患者的痛苦,并有利于检查的顺利完成。
