尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

目的观察尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将56例急性脑梗死患者随机分为尿激酶组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,尿激酶组在常规治疗基础上应用尿激酶静脉滴注治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果尿激酶组总有效率96.43%,明显高于对照组的78.57%,两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05);尿激酶组神经功能缺损平均减少积分明显高于对照组,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,安全性较好,是目前溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的较佳药物。

The Clinical Observation of Urokinase Thrombolytic Therapy to Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the urokinase thrombolytic treatment to acute cerebral infarction.Methods 56 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomLy divided into urokinase group and the control group,control group received conventional therapy,urokinase group were given urokinase infusion therapy on the basis of conventional therapy,clinical therapy of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of urokinase group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,78.57%,total efficiency of the two groups had significant difference（P0.05）;the average reduction of neurological deficit of the UK group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Kinase thrombolytic therapy has significantly therapeutic effect for acute cerebral infarction and safety,which is a better thrombolytic drug for acute cerebral infarction.
