| 摘 要： | 目的探讨青少年脊柱侧凸的围手术期护理。方法对5例青少年脊柱侧凸患者术前做好骨盆牵引及呼吸道准备的护理,同时加强心理护理;并对所有患者进行术前整体护理评估。术后做好生命体征监测、疼痛管理,加强对管道及预防并发症护理,并按计划指导患者进行康复锻炼。结果5例患者术后脊柱侧凸均得到不同程度的矫正,无并发症康复出院。结论术前充分的整体护理及评估,术后完善的基础及专科护理,结合及时的术后康复锻炼指导是青少年脊柱侧凸手术成功的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate perioperative nursing for adolescent scoliosis patients. Methods Prior to surgery for five adolescent scoliosis patients, nursing care, including Halo-pelvic traction, respiratory tract preparation, and psychological care, was given. All patients were given a holistic nursing assessment preoperatively. Postoperative nursing was directed to monitoring of the vital signs, pain controlling, drainages, and prevention of complications. A well-scheduled rehabilitation scheme was carried out for all the subjects. Results Deformity correction of various degrees was obtained in each of the 5 patients, and they all left the hospital without complications. Conclusions Holistic preoperative nursing care and assessment plus basic and specialized nursing after surgery, with timely postoperative rehabilitation, may guarantee the success of the surgical intervention for adolescent scoliosis patients. |
