越隔纤维组织对牙齿移动的影响

摘    要:目的 观察越隔纤维组织在摧上颌第一恒磨牙远中移动后对第二双尖牙远中漂移的影响。方法 观察22例推上颌第一恒磨牙向远中(采用固定法或活动法)患者上颌第二双尖牙在未受机械力情况下自然远中漂移现象。结果 推上颌第一恒磨牙平均后移3.9mm时上颌第二双尖牙在没有外力作用下随之向后漂移平均1.63mm。结论 邻牙间的越隔纤维及牙龈组织在牙齿受力移动时.通过其特有的连接形式,能牵拉邻牙移动。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of transeptal fiber tissues on the movement of the teeth adjacent to orthodontic teeth. Methods 22 cases whose maxillary first molars were pushed distally (with fixed appliance or removable appliance) were observed to find their upper bicuspids' possible natural drift without any foreign force. Results After the maxillary molars were pushed distally (average 3.9 mm), the upper second bicuspids drifted backward without extra force (average 1.63 mm). Conclusion The transeptal fiber and gingival tissues can efficiently make the adjacent teeth shift.
