大鼠胸腺增龄性组织学与组织化学观察

摘    要:用组织学和组织化学方法对大鼠胸腺的年龄变化进行了研究。健康雄性SD大白鼠32只,分为3月龄(青年)、8月龄(成年)、15月龄(初老)及20月龄(老年)四组。3月龄胸腺皮质较厚,淋巴细胞密集,染色较深,皮质与髓质分界明显;8月龄以后,皮质变薄,髓质扩大,脂肪组织逐渐增多;20月龄胸腺实质只剩下分散的小块状,其余全被脂肪组织所代替。ACP、NSe、ATPase及5-Nase活性随增龄而增加,AKP、LDH及SDH无明显的年龄性变化。

Abstract:Aging related changes in the rat thymus were studied with histological and histochemical methods, 32 healthy male SD rats were divided into four groups, young (3 months), adult (8 months), presenium (15 months), and old (20 months).In the young group the cortex of the rat thymus was thick, the lymphocytes were dense with a dark staining, and the boundary between the cortex and the medulla were apparent, After the age of eight months the cortex became thiner and the medulla enlarged, The adipose tissues increased gradually in thrmus, replacing most of the parenchyma, with only disperse pieces of it remainig.The activities of ACP, NSE, ATPase, and 5-Nase increased with the advancement of age, but in AKP, LDH and SDH, no obvious aging related changes were found.
