温州市大学生职业决策自我效能和专业承诺关系分析

目的 了解大学生职业决策自我效能和专业承诺的关系,为大学生专业学习和就业提供实证依据.方法 采用"职业决策自我效能量表"和"大学生专业承诺量表",对分层整群抽取的温州地区441名大学生进行调查.结果 大学生职业决策自我效能和专业承诺总分及其分量表存在不同程度的相关;专业承诺对职业决策自我效能的不同成份有不同的预测作用,理想承诺、规范承诺是收集信息、制定规划的有效预测变量,感情承诺、规范承诺和理想承诺是自我评价、选择目标、问题解决有效预测变量.结论 大学生的专业承诺是影响其职业决策自我效能的重要因素.

Relationship Between Undergraduates' Specialty Commitment and Self-efficacy of Career Decision-naking

Objective To explore the relationship between specialty commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy of undergraduates, and to provide evidence for undergraduates" studying and employment. Methods 441 undergraduates in Wenzhou were selected by stratified cluster sampling and tested with Scales of Career Decision Making Self Efficacy and Specialty Commitment for Undergraduates. Results There were signifi-cant correlation between specialty commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy of undergraduates. Specialty commitment was one predictor to undergraduates'career decision-making self-efficacy. Conclusion Career decision-making self-efficacy of undergraduates is seriously influenced by their specialty commitment.
