镇静技术在老年人消化道内镜检查中的应用

目的观察以咪唑安定作为镇静剂的清醒镇静技术用于老年人消化道内镜检查的镇静效果及其安全性。方法将350例要求作消化道内镜检查并愿意接受清醒镇静处理的老年患者随机分成两组,分别于检查前静脉注射咪唑安定0.02～0.05mg/kg或静脉注射相当容量的生理盐水作为对照,观察患者镇静程度、遗忘程度、满意度、血压、脉率、呼吸及血氧饱和度的变化。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者能产生较满意的清醒镇静效果（p〈0.01）,有部分患者出现不同程度的遗忘。两组患者均未出现明显的心血管系统及呼吸系统副作用。结论以低剂量咪唑安定作为镇静剂的清醒镇静技术用于老年人消化道内镜检查是安全、有效的。

Calm technology in elderly upper gastrointestinal endoscopy application

Objective Observation to settle as sedatives miaow thiazole of conscious sedation technology for the elderly gastrointestinal endoscopy calmness effect and safety.Methods It was required to 350 gastrointestinal endoscopy and willing to accept conscious sedation processing elderly patients were randomly divided into two groups,to check before intravenous infusion of 0.02-0.05mg/kg intravenous quite capacity of saline as a comparison,the patients were observed,forgetfulness,sedation,satisfaction,blood pressure sensor,breathing and oxygen saturation changes.Result Results compared with the control group,the patient can generate satisfactory effect of conscious sedation（p〈0.01）,some patients with different levels of forgetfulness.Two patients were not significant cardiovascular system and respiratory effects.Conclusions Conclusion with low doses of sedatives imidazole stability as a conscious sedation technology used for elderly gastrointestinal endoscopy is safe and effective.
