摘    要:目的探讨FET25%-75%正常值及在COPD临床应用。方法对222例健康成人和86例健康吸烟者及196例COPD患者进行了FET25%-75%测定。结果健康人FET25%-75%与年龄密切相关(P〈0.01),计算出其预计回归方程式,COPD和健康吸烟组与健康成人进行比较,FET25%-75%明显延长(P〈0.01)。结论FET25%-75%测定是一项相对独立于容量的阻塞性功能判定指标。

Abstract:Objective] To study FET25%~75% normal value and its clinical value in COPD. Methods] The FET 25%~75% of 222 healthy adult,86 healthy adult smokers and 196 cases of COPD were detected. Results] The FET25%~75% of healthy adult is significantly correlation with age (P <0.01). The regression equation showes that the FET25%~75% of COPD and healthy adult smokers is significantly prolonged compared with that of healthy adult (P <0.01). Conclusion] The detection of FET25%~75% is a relatively independent index in the evaluation of obstructive funtion.
