| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预防老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者围术期下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效护理措施。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月—2012年12月收治的37例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理情况。结果 37例患者中,35例在围术期未发生下肢深静脉血栓,2例患者通过护理观察及时发现下肢深静脉血栓,接受相应治疗后痊愈出院。结论对患者危险因素进行评估,密切观察,积极早期活动,可以有效预防和减少老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者围术期下肢深静脉血栓形成。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore nursing care and prevention of deep vein thrombosis m geriatric paUents undergoing intertrochanteric fractures operation. Methods Retrospecively analyzed the nursing care data of 37 cases of geriatric patients undergoing intertrochanteric fractures operatio.Results In all patients,deep vein thrombosis happened in 2 patients. The rest of the patients did not suffer from deep vein thrombosis in？the perioperative period. Conclusion Nursing interventions of assessing the risk factor,close observation,early mobilization can effectively reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in geriatric patients undergoing intertrochanteric fractures operation. |
