| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理在后循环缺血患者住院期间的应用及护理。方法对48例后循环缺血患者采取护理干预,严密观察病情;及时防止可能出现的并发症,评价循证护理在后循环缺血患者住院期间的应用价值。结果 48例后循环缺血患者中,37例患者病情得到有效控制,9例康复出院,2例持续深昏迷,意识状态未恢复家属要求自动出院。结论后循环缺血患者住院期间经过科学有效的护理,可以提高其治疗效果,降低并发症的发生率。而循证护理的实施,则是患者尽快恢复的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the evidence-based nursing in the posterior circulation experience in application and nursing care during ischemia in patients with. Methods In 48 patients with posterior circulation ischemia patients by nursing intervention, close observation of disease conditions; preventing possible complications timely, summarizes the evidence-based nursing in posterior circulation ischemia in patients with application value during hospitalization. Results 48 patients with posterior circulation ischemia patients, 37 patients who were effectively controlled, 9 cases recovered, 2 cases of continuous deep coma, conscious state did not restore family requirements of automatic discharge. Conclusion After the cycle during ischemia patients by nursing scientific and effective,can improve the curative effect, reduce complications.And through the implementation of nursing, is the key to recover as soon as possible in patients with posterior circulation isehemia. |
