低分子肝素治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效观察

目的：观察低分子肝素（LMWH）对频发性短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）的疗效与安全性。方法：79例TIA患者随机分为治疗组（39例）和对照组（40例），治疗组给予LMWH0．4ml，2次／d，皮下注射，连续10d，此后阿司匹林100mg，1次／d口服；对照组给予阿司匹林100mg，1次／口服。2组病人给予最佳基础治疗，控制血压、糖尿病和高血脂。结果：治疗组与对照组10d内TIA发作控制率分别为84．6％和47．5％，10d内治疗组没有发生脑梗死，对照组有4例发生脑梗死，占10．0％；治疗组与对照组3个月内TIA发作控制率分别为71．8％和55．0％，脑梗死的发生率分别为12．8％和25，0％（均P〈0．01）。两组在治疗期间没有出血等并发症。结论：LMWH用于治疗TIA是安全有效的，值得临床进一步推广应用。

Observation on Curative Effect of TIA Treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin

Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of TIA treated with low molecular weight heparin(LMWH). Method: 79 cases of TIA were divided into treatment group(39 cases )and control group(40 cases).The treatment group was treated with LMWH 0.4ml, twice daily subcutaneously, within 10 days,then aspirin 100mg,once daily .The control group was treated with aspirin 100mg,once daily. Result: The TIA control rates of two grous were 84.6% and 47.5% in tenth day,the cerebral infarction was not in treatment group and 4 cases in control group appropriate 10%;in 3 months,the TIA control rates of two grous were 71.8% and 55.0%,the incidence of cerebral infarction were 12.8% and 25.0%( P<0.01).2 groups were not bleed during therapy. Conclusion: It might be efficiency and safety in clinic to treat TIA with LMWH and should be extensive used.
