白糖填充治疗妇产科手术切口脂肪液化效果观察

目的 观察妇产科手术切口脂肪液化采用白糖填充的疗效.方法 将2011年2月～2012年3月在湖南省汝城县人民医院妇产科进行手术治疗的1256例患者临床资料作为此次研究对象.应用随机分组的方法将术后发生切口脂肪液化的54例患者分为两组进行对照研究,即治疗组与对照组,各27例.治疗组患者术后予以常规处理,后期运用白糖作为材料填充其手术切口;而对照组患者手术切口则只采取常规处理.观察两组术后切口的愈合情况.结果 治疗后两组患者手术切口愈合均有不同程度的好转.其中治疗组总有效率为100.0％;对照组治疗总有效率为81.5％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 妇产科手术后发生脂肪液化选用白糖作为填充取得了良好的疗效,在临床上推广使用具有一定的积极意义.

Observation of curative effect on sugar filling in the treatment of fat liquefaction of obstetrics and gynecology operation incision

Objective To observe the curative effect of sugar filling in the treatment of fat liquefaction of obstetrics and gynecology operation incision.Methods The clinical data of 1256 patients who underwent operation treatment from February 2011 to March 2012 in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in Rucheng County People＇s Hospital of Hu＇nan Province were as the object of study.54 cases with postoperative incision fat liquefaction were divided into two groups by randomized methods：treatment group and control group,with 27 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group after operation were treated by conventional treatment,operation later,sugar was as material to fill the operation incision; while the operation incision of control group was taken conventional treatment only.The healing of incision after operation between the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,operation incision healing of the two groups all had different degrees of improvement.The total effective rate of treatment group was 100.0％,which of control group was 81.5％,the difference of the two groups was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The fat liquefaction of sugar after obstetrics and gynecology operation as the filling achieves good results,promotion has certain positive significance in clinical use.
