偏头痛动物实验模型的研究现状

摘    要:偏头痛是一种常见的、复杂的神经血管性疾病.近20年来,医学界对偏头痛发病机制的认识有了很大的提高,同时新的治疗方法也不断产生,这在很大程度上归因于偏头痛动物模型的发展.根据目前的三大主流学说--血管源学说、皮质扩散抑制性学说和三叉神经血管学说,以及偏头痛的发生具有遗传倾向,偏头痛的动物实验模型也分为血管源性模型、神经血管源性模型、基因工程鼠模型和原发性头痛模型.该文对各种动物模型的适应范围与优缺点予以综述.

Abstract:Migraine is a common, complex neurovascular disorder. In the past two decades, impressive advances in understanding the pathogenesis of migraine and developing new therapeutic methods have been achieved in medical community, which is largely due to the availability of animal models of migraine. According to the three mainstream theories, namely vascular theory, conical spreading depression theory, trigeminovascular theory, and the genetic predisposition of migraine, the animal experimental models of migraine also include the following four categories : vascular models, neurovascular models, genetic engineer-ing mouse models and primary headache models. Here is to make a review of the adaptation of various animal models and the advantages and disadvantages.
