260例结直肠癌临床分析与肠镜检查的临床价值

目的 探讨结肠镜检查在临床普查中的临床价值和必要性.方法 分析2001年1月至2011年1月空军总医院收治的260例60 ～86岁老年结直肠癌患者的临床资料、结肠镜检查结果和术后病理情况.结果 术前有腹痛、腹胀、便血、大便性状改变等临床表现,术中病灶情况与术前肠镜检查部位一致,早期结直肠肿瘤检出率为53%.结论 结肠镜检查有助于判断结直肠癌的部位、范围、程度和进展情况,提高早期结直肠癌的检出率及结直肠癌的防治水平.

Clinical Value of Colonoscopy and Analysis of the Colorectal Neoplasm on 260 Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical value anti necessity of colonoseupy to the clinical sercening. Methods From Jan. 2001 to Jan. 2011,260 chiefly people aged 60 to 86 years with colorectal cancer admitted by Air Force General Hospital were included, the clinical characteristics, the results of enhmoseopies anti the pustoperatively pathology were analyzed. Results Patients had abdominal pain, distension or hematoehezia before operation;the pathologic change,and the range of carcinoma infiltration of all the patients＇ operating were in accord with the results of eolonoscopies; early detection rate of eoloreetal cancer was 53%. Conclusion Colonoseopy can help to determine the location, extension grade and progress of coloreetal neoplasm, and improve the detection rate of early colorectal neoplasm and the level of prevention and treatment.
